Recognition of Lori Lahtinen’s Ministry  

Cross Winds has been blessed with the music leadership of Lori Lahtinen for 26 years. We invite you to save the date to celebrate her ministry with us as she retires from her work as the Director of Worship and Music ministries this August. 

 

Save the Date For These Celebrations 

• Wednesday, August 13 (evening) – Alumni Choir Rehearsal, Dinner, and Retirement Recognition Program - Rehearsal 5:30 pm, Dinner 6:30 pm
• Sunday, August 17 (morning worship) – Alumni Choir and Blessing of Lori’s Ministry during worship followed by a special reception 

 

Alumni Choir Information 

All students and adults who have sung with Lori in the past are invited to participate in a special alumni choir rehearsal and performance. Rehearsal will meet on Wednesday, August 13 (evening) and the choir will perform during worship on Sunday, August 17. To participate in the alumni choir, please contact Michelle Schober ( ).

Celebration Video - Submissions due by July 27

We will be putting together a special remembrance video for Lori. If you would like to submit a 2 minute video message for Lori, please record the video in landscape format and then upload files HERE or send to Michelle Schober ( ).

Card Shower 

We also invite all church friends to share cards of appreciation for Lori. These will be collected throughout August and presented on August 17.  If you would like to give a donation towards a gift for Lori, you can click the registration button above; the donation option is at the bottom of the form.
