Cross Winds offers our facilities for use for community groups as well as church activities.

Facility Use Reservation Process

Please submit a facility request form or call the church office (763)494-9463 and leave a message with your name, phone number, facility request needs, estimated guest count, preferred dates and times.  

Prices vary depending on spaces requested, frequency, and group needs. Discounts are often given to non-profit organizations.  

The Director of Administration will contact you within three business days to discuss feasible options and discuss potential next steps. Should there be a good fit, the Director of Administration will help to confirm a reservation, help you with the necessary orientation, and ensure the facility is ready for your event.

Fellowship Hall and Kitchen

The Fellowship Hall comfortably seats up to 150 people for various event needs. This multipurpose event space also features a platformed stage area, Audio/Visual system for projection and sound, and a commercially licensed kitchen. Access to a deck with patio seating is also available seasonally when using the fellowship hall. 

The kitchen is a Minnesota Department of Health-certified commercial kitchen facility available by reservation to community members, community organizations, food-processing entrepreneurs, and users who have agreed to follow basic kitchen use policies created to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations. The fees have been priced to accommodate a variety of community functions and are tailored to the kitchen request needs.

Seating over 250 people, the sanctuary includes audio/visual equipment, staging area, piano, motorized window shades, dimmable lights, and other vital equipment for performances or large presentations. Due to the complexity of this performance area, when requesting sanctuary usage, Cross Winds staff supervision is required as part of the facility fee.  

Facility Fees approximately $125/hour depending on event needs.

Meeting Rooms

Rooms comfortably seat two dozen people at banquet style, moveable tables. Wall mounted TVs, easels, and white boards provide flexibility for group meeting needs.

Education Wing Classrooms

This multipurpose wing includes a large group gathering area surrounded by several classrooms of different sizes. The main gathering area as well as several classrooms have wall mounted TVs and flexible seating arrangements. The activity room can also seat larger groups and has projector capabilities upon request.

Facility Fees approximately $20/hour for first classroom and $10/hour for each additional classroom depending on event needs.

Music Room

This rehearsal space includes seating for 30-40 people, a rehearsal piano, TV, and keyboard. Available for group meeting needs, but ideal for small group music rehearsals.
