Meet Dale, a member of Cross Winds UMC and the Maple Grove Rotary Club. Years ago, Dale began volunteering through the Rotary Club to make beds for the CROSS Peaceful Dreams program that provides beds to local families.

Consider helping Dale by Making Beds

Whether you’re a master carpenter or have never sanded a piece of wood, we can use your help making beds. Volunteer help is often needed sanding and varnishing the wood for the beds. Fill out the interest form below to learn more.

Summer Bed Races – Volunteers Needed

Cross Winds is looking for volunteers able to run in the July Bed Races in support of the Sweet Dreams program. This fundraiser is coordinated by the Rotary Club. The race beds are provided, but volunteers are needed to help run the beds through the obstacle course. We would love to have one or two teams from Cross Winds in support of this great event. Youth (middle or high school) and adults are welcome to volunteer. We need five people per team – 4 runners and one rider.
