Join us for the Spring Tea on Saturday, May 10 in the Cross Winds Fellowship Hall. There will be treats, tea, and special musical entertainment by Solerna Winds.

Solerna Winds is a dynamic chamber ensemble featuring Charlotte Bartholomew (flute), Megan Werner (oboe), Carley Olson (clarinet), Rebecca Jyrkas (horn), and Cindy Bailey (bassoon). Formed in February 2018, the group has showcased their talent in recitals at venues like Homewood Studios in North Minneapolis, Art Works in Eagan and Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Hopkins. They’ve also been featured on the St. John’s (Minneapolis) Music Series and performed at a benefit concert for Beyond Type Run. Individually, the members have held regular positions with esteemed organizations such as the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra, Rochester Symphony, Mankato Symphony, Mississippi Valley Orchestra, and Saint Cloud Symphony Orchestra. Their extensive experience also includes touring with Ameriikan Poijat and Lorie Line, as well as performing as substitute or extra musicians with renowned groups like the Minnesota Orchestra, Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, Minnesota Opera Orchestra, Des Moines Symphony Orchestra, Wayzata Symphony, and Linden Hills Chamber Orchestra.
